The Union Manager PDF© feature is integrated into
your Union Manager© software. All documents
produced through Union Manager© such as Member
Overdue Notices, Referral Slips, Receipts, Travel
letters and Member Mailings are automatically
stored electronically on the appropriate member
or contractor record.
Staff can easily view, reprint and email stored
PDF generated documents such as signatory contracts member
applications, 401 selections which have been
scanned and electronically filed on the Employer
or Member records.
The PDF feature set includes email capability significantly
reducing the cost of monthly membership mailings. Letters to members with email
addresses may be emailed and those with no email
address may be printed.
